General Youssef was a member of the Syrian army.
Biography[]
He was a Syrian military official who Saul convinced to take over the Syrian presidency after a planned CIA coup against Bashar al-Assad.
Allison and Saul oversaw an operation where he was lured to a clinic in Switzerland as he was seeking a kidney transplant for his daughter.
He and his wife were killed in a plane explosion as they were preparing to leave Germany for Syria.
