Biography[]
Millis is a CIA tech working in the Berlin station. In doing so, he mainly keeps an eye on various websites that are related to IS. But then he finds out that an unknown hacker was able to download a large number of secret CIA documents, which is why he has to deliver the bad news to Saul Berenson and the Berlin station manager Allison Carr.
