Biography[]
Paul Franklin is an associate of Bennett's law firm, who arranges a meeting between Carrie and Bennett. When he and Bennett are led to believe that the CIA has discovered the Langley bomber, Franklin arrives at the motel where he had been hiding out, and kills him.
